Welcome! To support you during your operation you have been given theopportunity to use our new bariatric surgery application, Care4Today®Education. Here at Dr Phil Lockie and team, we are bringing all of our specialist staff and facilities together to give you the very best care and support before, during and after your bariatric surgery.

Care4Today Education can be downloaded by following  these 2 easy steps.

1. Click on the appropriate link below or search for Care4Today Education in either the Google Play Store or App Store® for iPhone and download to your device.
2. Once installed, open the App.  You then need to enter the hospital specific code below.

In the App, you will find learning materials including articles and videos,frequently asked questions, checklists, hospital specific information,details about the App, how to contact the help desk and general policies.We hope you find Dr Lockie's Care4Today® Education App useful.
